What file types do you accept?
Preferred: AI, EPS, SVG, PDF (vector). We can also use high-resolution JPG/PNG.

Can you help if I don’t have a vector file?
Yes—upload what you have and we’ll assist with cleanup or a simple redraw.

What patch colors do you offer?
We stock multiple leatherette colors (tan, brown, black, gray, white, etc.).

Do you offer embroidery?
Yes—select “Embroidery” on the product page and add notes for thread colors/placement.

Which hat brands do you use?
Richardson (112, etc.) and Yupoong (6606, etc.). One size fits most; adjustable snapback.

Will I get a proof?
Yes—we email a digital mockup for approval before production.

What’s the typical turnaround?
Usually 7–14 business days after proof approval, depending on quantity and season.

Do you have price breaks?
Yes—see quantity/pricing options on the product page or contact us for custom quotes.

Where do you ship?
We ship across the U.S. Tracking provided on all orders.

How do I clean my hat?
Spot clean only; do not machine wash or dry.
