How Ordering Works

1) Choose Your Hat & Options

Select your hat style (Richardson or Yupoong), hat color, patch color or embroidery, and quantity.

2) Upload Your Logo

Best results with vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF). JPG/PNG accepted—we’ll help clean it up if needed.

3) Approve Your Proof

We’ll email a digital mockup. Review placement, colors, and details—request changes if needed. Nothing moves forward without your OK.

4) Production

We laser-engrave patches or stitch your design in-house. We take pride in clean results—no heat-press creases or embroidery hoop marks.

5) Quality Check & Shipping

Each hat is checked for accuracy and finish. Orders ship with tracking across the U.S.

Timeline

Most orders finish in 7–14 business days after proof approval. Rush options available—just ask.
